Biography

Fredrik Norburg is a founding partner of Norburg & Scherp. Before setting up his own firm, Fredrik worked as an arbitration and litigation lawyer at law firms Mannheimer Swartling and Bird & Bird in 1999-2009.

Fredrik has acted as counsel in numerous Swedish and international arbitration proceedings under a variety of rules and applicable laws, and in commercial litigation before Swedish courts of all instances, including several cases before the Swedish Supreme Court. He is also frequently appointed as arbitrator in Swedish and international arbitration.
