Helena is a partner of Norburg & Scherp. Helena represents clients before Swedish and European authorities and courts. Her practice focuses on EU and competition law, intellectual property and public procurement.
Prior to joining the firm, Helena worked as a senior associate at Gernandt & Danielsson. Helena’s broad experience includes acting as counsel in matters pertaining to cartel investigations, merger control, investigations of abuse of dominance and public procurement cases. She has represented companies in dawn raids and other extensive investigations by competition authorities and has also successfully led several complex projects in the examination of acquisitions both inside and outside Sweden and with the EU Commission.
